Refund policy

You can request a return of your order under the following conditions:

1. Incorrect Size: The product received does not match the requested size.
2. Non-compliance: The customized product received does not match the specifications or requests made at the time of purchase.

Return Request Timing
The return request must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Once the conditions in points 1 and 2 above are verified, we will send a return label.

• US: Varies

Please note: The return is always at the customer's expense.
